A Near-Perfect Attendance Record

Anywise is, inherently, a company with low staff turnover, so it is very productive. This is because our employees know and trust each other and are better at their specific roles and in working as a team than a group of employees that sees more turnover would be.

We think our employees are more likely to be loyal to the company and more willing to devote their personal energy to the job if we can maintain a low turnover rate.

Low turnover makes it easier for us to focus our time and energy on the business at hand rather than constantly adapting to new staff.

On one of our key projects, we have had a near-perfect record of resourcing. Where there was a reason to change a team member over, we ensured that there was no disruption to the client at all. In once case even providing a two-week handover period. We can do this because we make use of collaboration tools to help connect to our partner network and a services based ERP to manage demand and capacity.

This is what we mean when we say that we are passionate about business continuity and continuous support.
