Anywise is recognised as a Flex Able Certified Employer

Updated: Oct 6, 2020

Anywise believes that flexible working is not just for parents returning to work but for those with other caring commitments, health reasons, sporting interests, people looking for an alternative to retirement and those pursuing side projects. Companies with the most engaged workforces offer flexibility and are focused on creating an inclusive culture where the reason for needing flexibility does not matter.

When Anywise was launched in 2014, it was underpinned by a philosophy of empowering and respecting people, and allowing them to work when and where they needed to get the job done. This was a response to a decade of working in global corporations, heavily mired in policy and off sore constraints and cultural impositions. At Anywise, we are working hard to deliver the opposite, and it shows in the quality of our people, their work and the way they talk about the company.

“The level of understanding, compassion and empathy are amazing and humbling. I'm never made to feel guilty and know that it's okay to say that I can or cannot take on more workload.” Chris M.

“I Enjoy Fridays off” says Peter and Jodie said that “The fact Anywise offers this flexibility and is so family friendly is the reason I am back in the workforce”.

In 2018, Anywise became a Certified B-Corporation, building integrity into the DNA of the company structure.

Now in 2019, we have encoded our way of working into policy and an amended set of employment contracts and have been recognised as a Flex Able Certified Employer.
