Job description

Seeking a Defence Training Development Specialist, with Project Management experience

As a member of the Anywise Training Development Team, you will analyse, design and develop Learning
Management Packages (LMP’s) for various clients including the Department of Defence and Defence Industry.

You will:
- Provide training review, analysis, design and development of LMP packages
- Work collaboratively within the Anywise team and with Client subject matter experts to produce
LMP’s to support the delivery of capability.

Despite COVID-19, we are still seeking candidates and have multiple job opportunities available.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will thrive working within an agile forward-thinking environment and ideally possess:
- Exemplary communication skills with an ability to build positive working relationships with a wide
variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A working knowledge of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) and/or the ADDIE
Instructional Design Framework.
- Formal qualifications in Training and Assessment.
- Experience working within Defence, particularly in the RAAF environment would be highly beneficial.
- Australian Citizen with a current security clearance. If you don't have one at this stage, you are willing to apply.

Personal Qualities

- You have a strong work ethic.
- Skilled communicator across broad stakeholder groups.
- No stranger to a little pressure, however you know how to ask for help from your peers when you need it most.
- Flexible mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to work both within a multidisciplinary team or autonomously.
- You’re familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum in particular.
- Previous experience working with Defence or in the Defence Industry.
- You either already have security clearance or have the ability to hold a security clearance.
- You are an Australian citizen or have the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications & Professional Memberships

- A working knowledge of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) and/or the ADDIE
Instructional Design Framework.
- Formal qualifications in Training and Assessment.
- Experience working within Defence, particularly in the RAAF environment would be highly beneficial.
- Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
