Do not collaborate - 0930 Hall 1, 27 Feb 19

Well at least not until you understand your company readiness to collaborate and the reason for doing so.

That is the main lesson we have learned over the past few years along our journey to explore barriers to collaboration and opportunities in the Australian SME community.

Collaboration - not as simple as working together

Of course it is not all bad though. Provided companies have a legitimate reason and aim for the collaboration, understand how ready they are and plan to collaborate properly, it can have exponential effects on the relationship and business in general.

Doing so, however, assumes a willingness to be open to new and possibly better ways of doing business, investing in People, Processes and Tools that enable the collaboration.

We have summarised our key lessons and will present case studies for efforts with other SME, Prime System Integrators, Tier 1 service Providers and Industry Associations at Avalon Airshow SME Conference on 27 Feb 19.

In appreciation for doing so, not only will be offer you some free and unsolicited counsel and insights, but we will also give you a highly sought after keepsake. Don't miss out.. Limited numbers.
